It took some effort to get our tree "just right" - but we are delighted to have this addition in our home. 
While it is fun to get caught up in the festivities of this holiday season, we are ever mindful of the reason for the season.Isaiah 9
The people walking in darkness have seen a great light -
For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the government will be on His shoulders.
And He will be called
Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God,
Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace -
He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom,
establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness
from that time on and forever.

Beautiful! Glad that your not out of the country and can spend Christmas together!

Your new header is too funny.....brought a lump to momma's throat b/c it made me remember when Joe II and Jarrod would make dipped pretzels and I would sell them at my work and they would have a little extra Christmas $$$. But then I had to laugh b/c I remember how messy they can get especially when you "stripe" them by slinging the colored
melted chips everywhere....what fun!!
