Part of Marc and my weekly routine is to go to playgroup on Wednesday mornings. More specifically, it is an International playgroup that meets at Seoul International Baptist Church and is a great place to let Marc interact with kids his age and fun toys while providing an outlet for Moms to socialize in English! :) This year I have been fortunate to be on the leadership team with 6 other women (all with young kids, so it is great to have so much help!) and really have come to understand the workings of playgroup so much more. It is a fun opportunity for me to be intentional to get to know the families they come each week and to watch Marc grow in his independence of Mommy.
Story Time!
Marc and his buddy Liam serious about their snacks!
Craft time! The craft usually goes along with the story, and this week we learned how God made the world, and God made Me! :) The kids are decorating pictures of "me" for their project.
So, as far as organized activities go during the hour and a half that we meet, we have a song time, story time, snack time, and craft time... with lots of play time in between! This is a really fun part of our week!

Wow, Marc really looks like an official toddler now and fits in with the "big kids!" Glad he gets that interaction.
Actities like this make it seem like you are just in another city...not half way around the world!!! Love to see Marc growing. Soon he'll be walking to friends houses to play...oohh how he's growing so fast.
