Mom and I went out to dinner tonight, taking Alaina along for her first car seat ride while Daddy had special time with the older two kids. We definitely had it easier than Jarrod (who was busy with dinner, playing and bedtime routines) - as Alaina fell asleep as we were leaving for dinner, and is still sleeping!
