This year Marc, Emmalyn, Alaina and I made salt dough ornaments. It is super easy.. a 1:1 ratio of flour and salt, and then up to the same amount of water (ie: 1/3 c. flour, 1/3 c. salt, up to 1/3 c water...) We made individual bowls for the kids and added in food coloring, so Marc made green ornaments, Emmalyn made yellow ones, and Alaina got purple. They are all over our tree, angels, bells, odd shapes, and of course, the classic handprint:

Another special ornament this year is one in remembrance of our little superhero and nephew,
Shaun. He is forever in our hearts as his short life made such a large impact.
And now, the children are nestled all snug in their beds.. and it is time for us to do the same, because morning will come early for our excited little boy and girl!
