Friends from afar

During the last week of our Christmas vacation, Cory and Allison came from Philadelphia for a visit- our first visitors from the USA! The last time we, four, spent time together, we were on Cory's home turf back in May. It was good to spend time with them again- playing games, sight-seeing (freezing!), cooking, eating, exploring, and of course, Laughing!

Here's a shot of Cory intrigued by this Korean worker showing him how to eat Kalbi.
More food!

We are glad you two could come and visit. And as this journey to Korea has safely ended, We wish you the best as you embark on the new journey... of Marriage.

And this is our prayer: "that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God." Philippians 1:9-11

That's so sweet that they came to see you! When are they getting married? Love the verse you sent them.

October. Thanks for the kind notes- the laughter shared between friends was one of the greatest highlights! You are both in our prayers during this exciting and anxiety-provoking time. May God be real to you.
